ShangPharma Corporation ("ShangPharma", NYSE: SHP) today announced that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2010 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The annual report can be accessed on ShangPharma's website at http://www.ir.shangpharma.com under the Investor Relations section. ShangPharma will provide a hard copy of its annual report on Form 20-F containing complete audited financial statements free of charge to its shareholders and ADS holders upon request.
