• Over 25 years’ extensive working experience in mainland China, Hong Kong and overseas, all with publicly-listed companies; spectrum of projects undertaken covers multi-billion developments;
• More than 15 years as CEO/ Executive Director of publicly-listed mainland China real estate developers; unique experience of participating and leading three successful IPOs for the companies;
• Intrinsic involvement as CEO in building up publicly-listed real estate developers from relatively small players to regional/national market leaders; planning, managing and delivering some of the influential landmark projects in major cities of mainland China;
• Solid experiences in working with private equity and real estate funds; hands-on knowledge on every detail of property development and investment process; practical experience in strategic planning, corporate governance and overall management of publicly-listed companies;

• Over 10 years of international real estate and investment management experience with over USD 1.3 billion of transactions across US, Europe and Asia completed and USD 1.1+billion of capital arranged, including permanent equity, bridge financing and senior debt arranged from 8 jurisdictions globally.
• Formerly Head of Real Estate Business Development - Asia Pacific for Aviva Investors, one of the largest European asset managers with responsibilities in product development and capital formation across both institutional and financial intuitional channels;
• Previously Director of Acquisition – Real Estate at BlackRock Inc., one of the largest global asset managers, responsible for investment strategies development, transactional and joint venture partnership sourcing, and investment underwriting for developing and emerging markets in Asia Pacific;
• Co-founded the institutional fund management business for Taurus Investment Holdings, a well established real estate owner-operator in US and EU; co-led all institutional capital arrangement, fund formation, large scale transactions, and international investments for the company;
• Master in Architecture with Distinction, Harvard University, USA; BSc (Architecture), Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA; Harvard University Real Estate Academic Initiative board member.

WANG HUI

• Over 15 years of management experience in development and construction of real estate projects, specializing in high quality mixed use developments and mega-scale projects with a track record of over 3,000,000 sq.m. GFA developed ;
• Previously held senior positions as project and regional General Managers at Hopson Development and SPG Land, two publicly-listed China real estate developers, responsible for overall project operations including acquisition, product positioning, design and construction, cost, time and quality control, sales and marketing, and human resources management;
• In-depth understanding on the operational processes of real estate developments, with extensive hands-on experience for procedures, functions, external resources and government relationships at all stages;
• Proven track-record in acquisition and development management in major regions in China; good knowledge on domestic policies and real estate regulatory environment at local and national levels

• Over 20 years experience in auditing, financial accounting and taxation matters; Over 10 years experience as financial controller for publicly-listed companies in both Hong Kong and Canada;
• Previously held senior positions in various renowned auditing firms in Hong Kong including: Pricewaterhouse Coopers Hong Kong and Kwan Wong Tan & Fong;
• Expertise in system development, internal control and company management of publicly-listed company ;
• Currently board member and member of audit committees of several publicly-listed real estate companies in Hong Kong and mainland China, including Hopson Development and Deson Development;
• Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom; Chartered Accountants in England and Wales; member of The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors; Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants; Associate member of the Certified General Accountants of Canada; Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

• Over 15 years of experience in china real estate industry including: business development, project acquisition, marketing, project positioning, real estate development and agency services;
• Previously held senior positions at various national and international real estate companies, including: Group Vice Director of Business Coordination at SPG Land, where he was responsible for transactional sourcing, market analysis, investments underwriting, due diligence and acquisition execution; Senior Manager at Vanke Group, one of the largest real estate developers in China with responsibilities in marketing and sales activities;
• Extensive marketing, positioning and investment advisory experience in high-end residential sector as former Associate Director at Leflex Real Estate, a Germany-based professional real estate services firm, and Assistant Manager at Colliers Jardine, a subsidiary of Jardine Group;
• BSc (Management Studies), Fudan University, China.

STEVEN HUANG

Development

• Over 17 years industry experience in China and Singapore, specializing in real estate development, project and construction management;
• Previously held senior positions at various major Chinese and Singapore real estate developers and logistic company, including Deputy General Manager at Ascendas Group, Tomson Group, and IMC group, responsible for positioning, master-planning and development of large scale business parks and mixed –use developments;
• Acted as Project Director at Pico Group in charge of business development of one of the World Expo Pavilion projects with overall project management and financial control responsibilities;
• Extensive construction management and financial control experience while working at CTL international Group and the Singapore Housing and Development Board (HDB) with responsibilities of leading the contract and construction department (CTL) and project auditing (HDB);
