Key Responsibilities

Continue establishing a network of contacts in the German community in Shanghai and China-oriented companies in Germany;
Identify, develop and secure business opportunities with German customer; Generate appropriate number of qualified leads and follow up the leads,submit proposal and win project;
Report to German Business Unit Manager and Company BD Director, and manager a small team of interns.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in marketing, international business or project management;
German National to head up it's Business Development efforts in the German Business Unit.
Have a technical, commercial or sales background with experience in the construction industry preferred;
Proven team player who can also work on own initiative to plan and manage own workload.
