Key Responsibilities

To monitor the "contractors" planning, progress and quality of the electrical works in compliance with the contract programme and Employer's Requirements.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in architecture is a must and masters degree in architecture is preferable.

2. Must have over 10 years working experience in design institute or engineering consulting company;

3. Design experience focus mainly on industrial project instead of civil or public project;

4. Be good at leading a team to fulfill task, strong communication and analytical skill;

5. Be proficient at oral, listening and written English, be able to deliver fluent English presentation.
