Please update your SIP email signature
Dear All,
As you all have known, we will move into a new office soon and our new VI is being implemented within our organisation. As a matter of fact, we also need to update our email signature.
Attached please find the setup manual for SIP new email signature. If you strictly follow the manual, you can install the new email signature into your outlook email system on your own. And if you met problem, please do not hesitate to ask Xiao Wu, and me for help.
Please be informed that you are not allowed to use this new email signature until Dec 4th, our office move day, because it uses our new office's address.
